As I was perusing the internet today, I spotted an interesting link about the original Doctor Who music (thanks, kottke.org!). What do I see on the page but a media player. At first, it was of little interest to me. Then I started rocking out to the music it was playing. Soon I wanted to rock out more, because the volume was only at a 9. What do I find? You can turn the volume not just to 10, but all the way up to 11. That’s right, it goes up to 11. For those times when 10 just isn’t enough.

I was contacted by Glory of “I Hate My 9 to 5″ to be on an interesting panel. The date snuck up on me, but it’s this Thursday!  It’s a panel discussion with a bunch of other DC bloggers, discussing what it’s like to balance a job with all the stupid crap stirring intellectual pursuits we do online.
