Personally, for that very reason, I don't watch them. I prefer a good old-fashioned action, gory, bloody scene–skip the "love stuff" (very, very boring–it's just filler anyway). As for the neighbors, I'd rather let them hear the action stuff.
Hey, might as well let them in on the "real" me. Who knows, may scare them into not ever complaining to me about anything and just be polite, like the way Matthew Perry treated Bruce Willis in "The Whole Nine Yards".

the second part to playing the love scenes loudly is then throwing in a couple donkey noises, just to confuse them
