I don't know, double or nothing to me would be a Dunkin Donuts coffee absolutely loaded–and when I say loaded, I mean loaded w/caramel syrup and then having icing–nice, sweet chocolate icing made w/pure heavy cream (or whatever artery clogging stuff they use.)
I think that would provide the same result.
