Now if you really don't like your dentist, that isn't so bad. And on the Metro, well, if the people seem very nice and well behaved, that also wouldn't be such a good idea. On the other hand, you could use a tissue and then everyone would smile at you and you would probably think they are all strange.

The premise seems to be that sneezing is voluntary and optional. Last I checked, it wasn't.
