Supposedly, its illegal most places. Not here, but the "no texting while driving" law just got passed where I live – I thought that was more of a common sense thing? Do we also need a "do not apply makeup while driving" or "do not attempt to shave while driving" law too?
…Actually, since both have been problematic in the past few years, maybe we do.
